Extrusion Blow Moulding
Injection Blow Moulding (Single-stage)
Stretch Blow Moulding - PET Preforms (Two-stage)
The blow moulding machines operate in a continuous cycle ensuring quality and hygienic safety in the production of plastic containers for food and medical use, especially when the absence of microbiological contaminants transported by ambient air is required. The absence of dust and other airborne pollutants is guaranteed by the environment in overpressure through dehumidified and filtered air with absolute filters. To meet the highest standards, cleanroom packaging and subsequent treatments such as sterilisation are possible.
Fattore Plast produces plastic containers and bottles with capacity up to 1,5L for the food, medical, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and detergent sectors. The main plastic materials used are Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE - HDPE - LDPE), PVC, PET and PETG. If the sector permits, second life (PSV) and recycled (RPET) materials are used.
